Welcome! I am Victor and I specialize in extensions and custom wigs as well as a few natural hair services. Please review the following politics prior to booking your appointment. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to working together! SCHEDULING: $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Please review the online calendar for up-to-date availability. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule, please do so online. You may reschedule your appointment once. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will need to be paid. TARDINESS POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period from your appointment start time. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and charged the remaining balance of the appointment. EXTENSIONS: Our “Au Naturel” body wave texture is always available and in stock for your appointment. If you’d like an alternate texture please purchase at www.follicleextensions.com at least 2 weeks prior to appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that deposits are non refundable, but transferable. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, 48 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations/ no-show appointments will be charged remaining balance of their appointment.
